Refund policy
At JP4 Custom Designs, every item is custom made with care and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To qualify for a replacement:
*You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
*Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
*Once reviewed, we will begin production of your replacement item promptly.
Conditions Not Covered
Replacements will not be provided for:
Customer errors (typos, incorrect information, or design approval).
Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
Requests made beyond the 7-day window.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.). If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
