Shipping policy

At JP4 Custom Designs, all products are custom made to order. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order:

Processing Times

Standard production time is 5–10 business days (depending on the complexity of your order).

During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions, etc.), processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship primarily through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best option for your location.

Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been produced.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

Responsibility & Damages

JP4 Custom Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement under our Return & Refund Policy.

Lost packages must be reported directly to the carrier; however, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
